Q: “Really enjoyed the book! I am kind of stressed out about the cooking oil though. I always use coconut oil but I usually heat it up to the middle setting. Have I been heating it up to trans fat this whole time? Also, gluten is only found in wheat. It is a protein of wheat, correct?”

A: The middle setting should be fine with the coconut oil, keep in mind that most skillets on a stove top get up to 750 degrees F, so the middle setting should be under 400 degrees.
